No two tickets are alike. Each one carries its own long, random code that cannot be guessed or worked out from another. Scan it once and it is spent — a screenshot forwarded to a friend is turned away at the entrance, and the person holding it is told when and where it was used.
No extra hardware and no second app to buy. Your team opens the scanner on the phone already in their pocket and points the camera at the guest's QR. Admit or refuse in under a second, and it keeps working when the network at the venue does not.
The moment M-Pesa confirms, the ticket lands in your customer's inbox with the QR code, the venue, the time and their booking reference. They can screenshot it, print it, or pull the email up at the entrance. Nothing for you to send by hand.
Revenue by day, which ticket type is carrying the event, how many have actually come through the entrance against how many you sold, and what time of day people buy. Enough to price the next event properly instead of guessing.
Invite the people working the event and give each one their own login. They can scan tickets and see the guest list; they cannot see your payouts, your M-Pesa number or your other events. Nobody has to share the one account that holds the money.

24 hours after your event's end time, sent to the M-Pesa number on your account. We hold it that long so that any disputed payment surfaces before the money leaves us, not after. You can see the exact figure, and the 10% taken, on the Payouts page from the moment the first ticket sells.
M-Pesa. They open your event link, choose their tickets, enter their number, and their phone buzzes with the payment request. They enter their PIN on their own handset — never on our site, and never to a person. Their ticket appears on screen and arrives by email the moment it clears.
They can send it. It will not work twice. Every ticket carries its own long random code, and the first scan spends it — whoever presents it second gets an amber screen showing when and where it was already used.
The scanner keeps working. It already holds the list of valid tickets, so it can admit guests and record the scans, then sync when signal returns. The one thing it cannot do offline is catch a ticket scanned on a different phone in the same dead spot.
Yes. Each person you invite gets their own login. They see the guest list and the scanner and nothing else — not your payouts, not your M-Pesa number, not the events you have not announced yet.
Refund everyone from the dashboard in one action, straight back to the M-Pesa numbers they paid from. You are not charged our 10% on a refunded ticket — Safaricom's own transaction fee is the only thing that does not come back.
